Today we’re happy to introduce the first of what will be a bi-weekly rundown of what’s been going on at RJMetrics. What happened in the office? What updates and changes have we made to our product? Every other Monday, we’ll recap it all.
Product News:
- We began rolling-out support for an improved charting system. Full details can be found here.
- We added support for up to eight Google Analytics goals.
- We increased compatibility with unsigned data types in our clients’ remote databases.
- There is now better detection of numeric precision for clients on Postgres.
- Enjoy new speed improvements for the dependency resolver (which is used when editing Trends and Restriction Sets).
- We enhanced support for complex primary keys in uploaded files.
Company News:
- We’ve started a project to deck out our plain white walls with art and graphics. Our UX Designer Matt found a picture from The Urban Archives that we had printed, enlarged and framed as our first official piece of art in the office. Wall decals from our friends at LTL Prints can also now be found throughout the office.
- A comfy new couch has been added to our lounge/nap room and we’ve added plants throughout the office.
- We set up one of our conference rooms with a dedicated computer for training sessions, webinars and recording tutorial videos.
- Our expanded office space has been outfitted with wired internet.
- Chris Barry will be joining our team this week as our new Infrastructure Engineer. Welcome Chris!
What’s Next?
- The product will continue to get faster and more powerful as the roll-out of our new charting system continues.
- We’re working on an interactive guided tour to help new users get the most out of our system as quickly as possible.
